Salads
All of our produce is delivered daily, guaranteeing freshness.
Spinach Salad – baby leaf spinach, with mushrooms , red onion, bacon and boiled egg.
Garden Salad – garden mix with red onion, green pepper, carrot and croutons.
Caesar Salad – our house made dressing includes egg and archovies. It’s delicious.
Grilled Iceberg Wedge – 1/4 head of iceberg, lightly grilled, and served with bacon, red onion and tomato, with a light drizzle of Dijon Vinaigrette.
Fried Chicken Salad – large garden mix with chicken fingers, tomato, green pepper, shredded cheddar cheese and egg.
Grilled chicken can be added to any salad for $4.95.

Char-Grilled Chicken Sandwich – 7 oz. breast on a corn dusted kaiser bun, with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Black Bean Burger -mildly spicy bean burger, served on a corn dusted kaiser bun, with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
The Gooseburger – 1/2 pound of fresh, never frozen ground chuck (not goose), served with lettuce, tomato and red onion.
Bourbon Ale Battered Cod – North Atlantic Cod, deep-fried in Bourbon Ale batter and served with house made tarter sauce.

Rare – cold red center; soft. Medium Rare – warm red center; firmer. Medium – pink and firm. Medium Well – small amount of pink in the center. Well Done – gray-brown throughout; firm.
